I am certified through Yoga Alliance with over 3000 teaching hours, self-insured, with CPR/AED/1st Aid training.

Offering yoga as a way to wellness for employees is beneficial in:

  • reducing stress 
  • lowering blood pressure 
  • improving concentration
  • improving circulation if sitting more than 4 hours a day
  • deep breathing techniques to calm the mind and nervous system
  • stretching and strengthening to prevent and reduce injury.
